As a mom to a kid with a genetic condition, I find myself listening to each episode nodding in agreement and astonished to hear someone else say the exact words I have at times thought. It is very reassuring to hear others that have gone through similar things you have tell their journey and see that maybe you're not so alone and maybe there are more mamas out there that understand than you think.

Child Life On Call does such a beautiful just telling the stories of children and families. You can go through schooling, training, and read all the books but the lessons you learn from these families are invaluable. Katie Taylor brings a level of professional expertise and personal compassion that allows families to open up about the most critical moments in their lives. Thank you for getting these stories out for the world to get a peek into the human side of pediatric health care. So impressive! I can't wait to listen more!

I love every bit of this podcast!!! Not only does Katie host this podcast in a way that keeps my attention and makes me always want more, but she asks all the good questions and makes this podcast a space where anyone can be encouraged and share helpful tips on dealing with some of life's most difficult times. The stories of the families are so inspiring, too. It reminds me that everyone I meet could be facing such a life-altering battle that you have no clue about. That we are all in this wild ride of our together, we need to be there for and with each other. Can't wait for every Monday when the next episode is out. LOVE IT!
