Katie Taylor, CCLS has been a certified child life specialist for over 15 years of and has supported thousands of families through their most challenging healthcare moments. She created Inside the Children's Hospital (formerly Child Life On Call) in 2018 to amplify the voices of families navigating pediatric healthcare and connect parents facing similar journeys.
Beyond hosting the podcast, Katie founded SupportSpot, a psychosocial support platform serving families across multiple children's hospitals, and provides consulting to help companies develop truly family-centered educational resources and training programs.
Her mission is simple: empower parents to become confident advocates for their children, and ensure no family feels alone in the hospital.
